Carson is officially crawling as of the beginning of this month. He is getting to be very fast and efficient in getting where he wants to go. While Grandma Marcia was watching him, he wanted to see the doggies so he went straight for the doggie door!! Watch out! Wherever mommy or daddy are, Carson will go. There is nothing that will stop him- he moves toys or anything else right out of his way! It's funny because you want them to become mobile and then once they are, you miss when you could set them down in one place and they would sit there and play!
Carson went on his first vacation and boy did he love it! We made the journey to Coronado Island last week to move Carson's great-grandmother their for the summer. It was a LONG car ride, but he did really good- thank goodness for the bing and grandma Marcia! Carson experienced the beach for the first time and adored it. He couldn't get enough of the wet sand- he ate it, grabbed it and crawled in it. We had to give him his bing so he would quit eating the sand. Each afternoon Carson ended up taking his afternoon nap either on the beach in his little cabana tent or on the pool lounger- man, what a rough life:) We had lots of great meals at all of the local restaurants, we hung out at the pool, we went for long walks on the beach and we went to a concert that everyone in Coronado goes to. It was a blast!
